Within our fish farming program, the koi has special importance, because we started the professional fish farming out of our love for this fish specie.

Its breeding is a synthesis of fish farming an art and we enjoy it considerably.

For the past six years, we have been supplying the koi carp and goldfish to many customers in Slovenia and numerous other countries. We have a lot of experience, which helps us with our constant improvement of the quality of the koi. We pay special attention to the health and good condition of our koi as well as quality and professional service for our clients. Our present broodstock originates from our fish farm, and their parents originated from Japan, Israel and Europe.

With the crossbreeding of Japanese and Israeli lines with European lines, we get koi with good colors (see photo gallery) and excellent resistance to continental climate (hot summers and cold winters).
A renowned veterinarian Danijel Gospić has conducted a research about the koi carp within his PhD studies, and his diploma work at the Faculty of Veterinary Studies was based on the koi as well.
